Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Equally Blessed collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Equally Blessed’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Equally Blessed’s visitors use its website. Equally Blessed may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Equally Blessed does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Our Commitment to Our Donors

Donations and other financial transactions are handled by a third party service provider chosen by DignityUSA and are subject to those terms and policies. We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity outside of Equally Blessed, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations outside of Equally Blessed.

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our websites from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
